This trip was a total disappointment and, in my opinion, nothing like what was advertised. I can understand why there have been no reviews for this tour since 2024. The tour operator did not deliver what was described in the tour information. The boat was overcrowded, there were not enough seats for our family of four, despite the operator knowing that we were travelling together, and there was not even drinking water available on board. The tour was advertised as a 7–8 hour experience with a maximum of 12 people per group. I specifically checked the number of passengers with Marco, the operator, the day before the trip. He told me that there would be 11 people on the boat. However, when we arrived, we discovered that there were actually 15 people on board. We also had no opportunity to choose the stops or decide where we wanted to swim, even though the tour description specifically states that guests can choose where to stop and swim. The lunch stop was also very late, which made the experience even more disappointing. We booked this trip based on the description provided on Viator/Tripadvisor and trusted that we would receive the experience we had paid for. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not recommend this tour at all. In my opinion, the tour description does not reflect the actual experience, and customers should be aware of this before booking.

This is not a private tour. It says it is, that you'll get to pick the itinerary, but in all actuality, you're paying to be crammed like sardines into a boat with a ton of people you don't know. I booked this supposedly private tour for my husband and I's wedding anniversary, planning to spend a fabulous day not adhering to someone else's schedule (that I do not know). From the start, no directions were given regarding what type of boat to look for, and the boat was late on top of that. When the boat finally arrived (again, private tour is what we booked), there were a ton of other people crammed onto it. I politely pointed out and showed screenshots of my booking indicating it was a private booking. The guide seemed unbothered and suggested I call the tour manager. I did so, and after a discussion, he agreed to find another boat to honor the private booking I made. He told me it would take an hour or less. We waited at the marina in stifling heat with no shade for an additional hour and a half. He did not call, so I contacted him again. He assured me he would get in touch with me within 30 minutes. To absolutely no one's surprise, he did not call. Instead, he stopped answering my calls and messages. We wasted half a day in dangerous heat, plus the Uber expenses to and from the marina (which were not cheap), just to have our entire anniversary ruined. I could forgive a "lost in translation" snafu, where perhaps the company meant "semi-private," and it was translated incorrectly. This was not that. It purposefully advertised a private tour where you could pick the itinerary - not spend your entire day adhering to the scheduling whims of random people. Multiple groups arrived for their booking with this company only to walk away upon discovering their tour had been canceled or delayed by an unreasonable number of hours. One family was there for over 2.5 hours before they were finally picked up. Don't believe the good reviews - this was a terrible experience.

Our tour was canceled by phone by Marco 1 hour before it was supposed to start. Reason: The weather was not good for entering the grotto. 84 degrees with a light breeze! When asked if that part could just be skipped, no, the whole tour was canceled. According to the weather report on Dugi Otok, perfect conditions. It was supposed to be the highlight of the trip. We are extremely disappointed!

It was a great experience. Beautiful weather a beautiful trip with good company. The sights were really top notch and the lunch was as mentioned earlier in other reviews. Great so in a word super experience.

They don’t have snorkeling equipment and they may shorten the trip 4 hours. Everything felt very rushed

Fun and very nice tour! I would recommend it to everyone, it is a complete tour that offers in one day a complete view of the Koronati Park without missing anything. They are fascinating places and our skipper managed to make us appreciate them even more. Fantastic experience not to be missed. For those who wish (as an extra) there is also a stop at a local restaurant.

We got lost finding the place but our guild was so patient. We were worried the weather wouldn’t allow us to enjoy the trip (day started off cloudy and windy) but our guild and Mother Nature worked together and this excursion was an amazing adventure. He knew best spots to hit so that we could make the best out of day and boy did we! We ate on a private island, lobster and fresh seafood that would cost hundred’s anywhere but was so affordable here, private beaches with stunning water, sunken ship views and a tunnel that use to be a prison. Just stunning…the photos alone where worthy of this entire event, but the photos don’t do it justice.

The trip was amazing - Marko was easy to work with and gave us great recommendations to shape our day, and made it exactly how we wanted it. With Marko, we could stay as little or as long as we wanted, and got to see some of the smaller islands and unique places. If you are looking for a private day on the water and to explore the islands, this is exactly what you are looking for!

great trip. instead of 5 we were with 4 (without Lukas Kril) we were too late for the caves but enjoyed the beautiful views and the fast boat.
