I don't want to officially post this text in the review, as I don't want to harm your company, but I can't find a page for complaints Pamukkale is really worth seeing. We had booked the excursion assuming that breakfast and lunch are already included in the price, after we had breakfast the guide informed us that we have to pay 30€ per person for the food, this was not apparent on their page. This was very annoying for us and negatively affected the trip. The sales events, such as wine tasting and soapstone sales, were also not listed on their site. Pamukkale itself is great however the company we booked the experience with had terribble customer service. They arrived 40 mins late for pickup without any communication at all or apology. We had no point of contact as their only communication to us had been via email. Also the breakfast was so bad, all you get is a slice of bread and one boiled egg. Its also wrong advertising cause it says the experience includes Cleopatra but that was closed.
