We are sorry that you left with such a negative impression. However, we would like to clarify an important point: this incident did not take place at our office or involve our staff. The hamam is a separate establishment, and we were not present during your visit. From your description, it is also unclear who was speaking at reception—whether a hamam employee, another guest, or a driver/representative from another agency. We therefore cannot reasonably accept responsibility for a conversation when the identity of the person involved is unknown. We take guest feedback seriously, but we believe reviews should reflect the service actually provided by the company being reviewed. We are happy to investigate any specific complaint concerning our own service, but we cannot be responsible for every conversation taking place at a third-party venue.

The experience is clearly advertised as approximately 2.5 hours. On busy cruise-ship days, Bodrum and the surrounding area can become extremely crowded, and traffic, road conditions and the number of guests arriving at the facility can unfortunately cause additional waiting time. These are external circumstances that are beyond our control and can affect the total time of an excursion. The Turkish Bath itself was provided as described, and the services included in your booking were delivered. The facility is located outside the immediate town centre, as indicated in the tour information, rather than being a city-centre hamam. We also understand that you may not have enjoyed the additional service offers, but these are optional and guests are free to decline them. We have been operating in Bodrum since 1990 and take guest feedback seriously. We always want our customers to have a smooth experience, but we also believe that external factors such as exceptional traffic and unavoidable waiting times should be considered when evaluating the service actually provided. While we respect your personal opinion, we believe that a “Do not book this” recommendation and a one-star rating do not fairly reflect the services that were included in and delivered through your booking.
