Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re pleased you appreciated the organization, punctual pickup and drop-off, well-timed comfort stops, lunch break and many of the beautiful places visited. We’re sorry some aspects didn’t fully match your expectations. Our official guides provide information throughout the journey about Tenerife’s history, culture, landscapes and the places visited, although we understand preferences regarding the depth of commentary vary. The café and souvenir stops are primarily scheduled as necessary comfort and toilet breaks on an 8–9 hour excursion; purchases are never required. Similarly, lunch at the suggested restaurant is entirely optional. As a shared tour, the return can take time because guests must be dropped off at their respective pickup points. Our coaches are professionally maintained, and medium-sized vehicles are particularly suitable for accessing Masca’s narrow mountain roads. Finally, Teide, Icod, Garachico and Masca are considerable distances apart, so stop times must be balanced to visit all four in one day. This tour is designed to offer a broad introduction to Tenerife; travellers seeking longer exploration or a more active experience may find a dedicated or private tour more suitable.
