We had a lovely time. Even though the class was full everyone got plenty of attention. We learned lots of new things about Cretan cooking (mainly that you just keep adding the olive oil!) and the hosts were very friendly and fun. We shall definitely be trying out some of the techniques when we get home. The setting was also lovely, under the trees, and the wine and raki flowed generously.
Absolutely fantastic and very authentic experience. Loved every dish and how you could customize your own meal to your tastes. Veerna and her family were wonderful and this was hands down the highlight of my 5 days in Chania! From making the dough to rolling & stuffing the spanikopitas, it was a very hands on class with great instruction and history. Thank you so much for this great experience!
This was an amazing experience in this family run cooking school. Veerna is an excellent teacher and we had so much fun making the recipes and very much enjoyed eating everything afterwards. We used their pickup from the old town which was worthwhile as we didn’t have to worry about organising taxis. It was lovely to learn how to cook several of the Cretan classics we had tried on our holiday and the memories will stay with us for a long time.
Outstanding experience! We had a fabulous time; This family owned business is wonderful. We had fun, laughter and shared stories all while we listened intently and were all able to participate in both preparing cooking and sharing the meal. Taxi service was available from the family as well, which was very convenient. You won’t go wrong booking this excursion. It’s awesome it was a great way to begin our Greek vacation.
such a fun class! highly recommend. the food was amazing, veerna and her family were amazing, and the community created with other people taking the class was amazing. it was the perfect addition to our honeymoon and we will definitely do this again next time we are in chania

It’s a very well organized and well run cooking class that goes like clock work. All participants get hands on experience in preparing their meal. An absolute incredible experience! The venue and the hosts were wonderful. The food was superb as well. The entire evolution was organized and well executed. It felt intimate and it was an experience you were learning the entire time, with no stress. Such a joy to participate in and experience!
this cooking class was so much fun! it was a perfect mix of fun and educational, and the food was really delicious. the family did a great job running the show and keeping all guests engaged and chatty. we had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone!
