When we arrived in kataklon we walk around the town trying to find the hop on hop off bus and after an hour we found the shop where the bus runs from to find the it was cancelled due to the bus had broken down two weeks earlier and we were not notified. Very disappointing

There is no longer a Hop in Hop off tour bus at this port. Apparently there hasn’t been one for over 2 years. Not sure why this was even listed as available???? Requesting a refund!

Cancelled but turned out well anyway.
Regrettably, due to a problem with the bus, the tour was cancelled, but the operator couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We got a refund and were able to still stroll the charming little town and enjoy a beverage at the waterside. Win win!

Bust
The bus hasn't been around for months. It was a bust and not easy to find the person responsible on the spot.

No Show tour
This Hop on Hop Off is not available and has not been available for a few months. (5-17-2025) weeks asked the port authority, local venders and tried calling. Finally I was able to contacted Viator and they could not get ahold of anyone regarding this PAID tour. They should take this tour down.

More guidance needed
Did not have time for hop on bus. Trip to Olympia went well. Needed more guidance on time as wanted to do both.

AVOID!!!!Waste of time and money!!!
1. Don’t waste your money!!! Not a TRUE “Hop On/Off Bus”. The map they provide claims 5 stops but there were ONLY two stops. We got on from the ships port, rode about 20 mins into Pygros, there was a brief stop there mainly to pick up about 6 people and then we rode through the city (not much to see) then we rode back to Katakolon port. When complaining to the driver he advised the two church stops were closed, but the company told no one of this. There were only two stops!!! $30 bucks for 2 adults and 1 child.

Dear R G, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that we are the only official Hop On Hop Off company operating in Katakolo area. Our tour offer the opportunity to visit the city of Pyrgos, which, as a small town, offers a unique experience. Also, Pyrgos is not a capital city. Our stops are operate as advertised, and we ensure that all scheduled stops are accessible. We believe our pricing is very reasonable, especially for a full family (10€ per person). For those looking for a more extensive experience, we invite you to join us on other tours, such as the Ancient Olympia trip, which offers a wider variety of sites and activities. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to provide a better experience for you in the future. Best regards, Jackie
