We had a good experience. Isidro was very nice and a good driver. He arrived in time it was easy to find him. The company communicated well! It was clear that I can pay through the payment links and it is more comfortable than handling cash. All in all i was a good experience thank you!
We used Puno tours for two transfers whilst in Puno. the first from the train station to the hotel, our train arrived an hour late and the driver was right there on arrival with no issue. The second one was a transfer to Juliaca airport, the driver arrived promptly at our hotel, helped with our bags and supplied us with water for the trip. I would recommend Puno Tours without hesitation they responded promptly to all communication, their drivers were polite and the cars comfortable and clean.

I was given a capable and friendly driver. Pickup and dropoff were done in good timing as well. The tour group also communicated well about pickup and dropoff over WhatsApp and the Viator app.
We had a great experience with our airport transfer from our lake hotel to Juliaca airport with Puno tours at a reasonable price. They arranged a comfortable car with ample luagguage space and an excellent driver who arrived before time, early in the morning, to take us to the airport. We highly recommend their service, extremely reliable for worry free airport transfer. We are from USA and wasn’t sure about any reliable service in Puno as it was our first time there. We also toured the UROS island with them. We are very happy with their service, behaviour and customer care.
Excellent taxi transfer service from start to finish. The driver was reliable, professional, and arrived exactly on time. Communication was very good throughout. The vehicle was comfortable, and the complimentary water bottles were a really nice touch. The whole transfer was smooth and stress-free. We used the agency’s services to transfer you from Puno to Cusco. The service provided deserves much more than 5 stars. Our driver was attentive, considerate and very friendly. The 12 hours (including stops and lunch) seemed much shorter. A great alternative to the bus, certainly more expensive but door to door and stress free
