This was an excellent back country tour. Mike was an entertaining and informative guide who showed us places and told us things we would not have seen or heard if we were not on a guided tour. It was a good mid-point between just staying on the paved highway on the canyon rim and “extreme” off-road exploring. Mike was a solid driver and we always felt safe. Canyonlands is so vast you can’t see everything on a single tour but this provided us with a good slice. Worth the money.

Don’t miss this tour!

Safe, fun and informative
What a great tour! Would suggest it for everyone. Our guide was fun, safe and very informative. Saw the beautiful back country and learned much more about yhe area than what we would have going alone.

Great tour with an awesome guide and company!
We booked a private tour in Canyonlands and got much more than we expected out of the experience. The area was one breathtaking view after another. But the trip was completely enhanced by our guide, River. He was personable, knowledgeable, and really a lot of fun. It was quite obvious he wanted us to enjoy ourselves. We felt completely safe on some hairy trails. He offered to take pictures for us and did a splendid job. I cannot say enough good things about him. I also had to work out details with the owner and staff on a couple occasions in preparation for our tour. Every one of them was professional, kind, helpful, and met my needs. This is a superb company that, obviously, does a great job screening and hiring their staff. And they offer some great snacks. :) Ask for River as your guide. You won't be disappointed!

Great Tour!
This is an off-road tour, not a backroad so be prepared for lots of bumps on gravel/rocky dirt roads. If you’re prone to motion sickness, I would pass. Tour guide, Jack, was wonderful; so knowledgeable and friendly and he made the tour very enjoyable!

Thelma and Louise cliff, jeep that rolled over , white rim toad.
Jack gave us a great tour. This is a backcountry tour so the ride is seldom on paved roads so you need to sit in front of you can get carsick.

Fun ride
Jack was great and knowledgeable . Excellent way to see Shafer trail and the White rim. Thought I could drive it myself, but it was way more enjoyable letting a guide drive and explain what’s you’re looking at.

Great tour guide
Annie was very professional and gave us a lot of history about the area that we toured.. it's too bad the Schaefer trail was closed. But still it was a very good tour.

Wonderful Tour Company!!!
