This was one of the most stressful and disappointing excursions I've ever taken, and I would strongly recommend looking for other options. The trip started in a chaotic area packed with people aggressively trying to sell tours, drinks, and various add-ons. It was nearly impossible to tell who was actually affiliated with the tour and who was simply trying to take advantage of tourists. The entire experience felt disorganized from the very beginning. The boat ride itself was on a very basic vessel, and our first stop was a beautiful island. Unfortunately, the prices there were outrageous, with drinks costing $25-$30 each. While the scenery was nice, it quickly became clear that every part of this trip was designed to separate visitors from their money. The worst part of the experience was Cholon, where we were expected to spend approximately four hours. Unless you were willing to pay even more money for a table on land, you were stuck sitting at a table in the water the entire time. Throughout our stay, we were constantly approached by vendors and scammers attempting to sell everything imaginable at highly inflated prices. Food and drinks were dramatically overpriced, the music was unpleasant, and the atmosphere felt more chaotic than enjoyable. Instead of relaxing and having fun, we spent the day trying to avoid being hassled by people selling things. If you're looking for a peaceful island experience, beautiful beaches, or good value for your money, this is not it. What should have been an enjoyable day turned into an expensive, stressful, and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this trip and wish I had chosen a different excursion.

Was really looking forward to this experience for days only to get to the meeting point and the provider advised us that the tour operator, Fancy Tours, did not provide them our booking information. The operator wanted to take us but they were not answering phones or messages so could not confirm, despite having a Viator e-ticket. They also didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my direct messaging. Disappointing and very frustrating experience as we wasted the day because it was too late to organize another tour as the bus literally drove off. I would have thought a service company would step-up and make it right vs stop communicating and just have Viator issue a refund, disappointing. We were very grateful for Viator issuing a prompt refund to at least lessen the stress on the payment side of it.

Wasn't the experience I was expecting. Rained majority of the time. On the boat ride back, the gentleman was "jumping" the wave carelessly and I fell to the ground and injured my hip. He was going so fast the host had to tell him to slow down and not to do that again.
