The best way to experience Pompeii and My. Vesuvius
Our tour met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The tour operator was responsive to questions prior to the date. Our driver, Marco meet us at the exact time of the plans. Francesca (a trained archeologist) provided of with a route around key areas of Pompeii. The site is massive and we could have toured for a few days. Marco met us immediately following our tour of Pompeii to bring us to Mt. Vesuvius for our hike to the Crater. We were met by Angelo, who is educated in geology and volcanology, to hike to the crater. His explanations of the seismic events of the mountain, with comparisons to other events in the world was great. We highly recommend this tour.
