My friend and I had a wonderful time with our guide Don. He regaled us with stories of ghosts, history and was mindful about our knowledge of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and recommend it to anyone interested in the history of Fort Lauderdale.
It was a fantastic tour and we learned so much. I enjoyed the history and the drinks were great. It was awesome to see a tour guide with such a wonderful working relationship with the bars and restaurants we stopped at.
We really liked our guide, Brian. He was very interesting and extremely knowledgeable. But the tour itself was not as advertised. We expected at least 3-4 stops for drinks, but only had 1 stop along the tour. And we paid $50 for 2 frozen cocktails at the bar we did stop at. Pretty pricey. Given that, I would not recommend this tour if you are looking for adult beverages at a reasonable price.
Came for the tour, stayed for the chaotic fun. Our guide, Joe, knew everything spooky with some interesting history. As well as the best snack spots. Equal parts informative and entertaining. 10/10 would follow this tour guide into mild danger again.
Joe was an amazing tour guide that made this beautifully guided ghost tour such an informative delight! 10/10 experience for the believers and non believers of the supernatural world!
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review! We’re thrilled Joe made your ghost tour a 10/10 experience, and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with him. Hope to welcome you back again soon!
Not at all what was described. Disjointed and hard to follow stories, inexperienced and hard to hear guide, no actual stops to have a drink in a pub. Worst ghost tour I have ever been on.
We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when the stories feel disjointed, and we’re sorry to hear that the guide was difficult to hear and did not provide the experience described. We also regret that the tour didn’t include the stops you were hoping for. Your feedback is extremely important to us, and we will address these concerns with our team to ensure future tours are more cohesive and enjoyable. Please reach out to us at guestrelations@usghostadventures.com with the name your booking was under, and we’d be happy to assist you further. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to have the opportunity to make things right for you.
We arrived @ the meeting place 15 min early & found no one, then 15 min “after” the start time I received a text saying tour was cancelled! Definitely would not book this again😔. When I asked for my money back, the woman responding with me said they had booked me in for next week! I told her I wouldn’t be here next week! She also said they offer these tours in 70 cities across the US that I could book, again…I am Canadian & wouldn’t be booking in any of those 70 cities!). Then she advised we could join the one hour group @ 8 pm! Not a reliable company at all in my opinion!
Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re very sorry for the last-minute cancellation and for how the situation was handled afterward. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests. Please reach out to guestrelations@wejunket.com so we can follow up and assist you further.
This was a hidden gem of a tour! I highly recommend trying this out. It was a nice little walking tour with ghost stories and history about Fort Lauderdale. Our tour guide Savannah was awesome! She was very flexible with the bar stops and a really cool person.
