Celebrating my 45th birthday with my hubby underwater was not on my birthday bingo card however i did have to do something thst scared me… but WOW, what an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, Chris, Axel, and our third amazing guide (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name!) made this combo adventure one for the books. I’ll be honest—we walked in excited but definitely nervous. I joke that I’m literally a mermaid 😂 but once it came time to actually put the heavy helmet on I questioned how this wont get water inside while we're 7 meters at the bottom of the ocean. They explained the influx of oxygen and the weight offsets the pressure as long as youvdint tip your head forward you are good. Now to breathe normal underwater with the helmet, we were gucci. But during the Snuba part, my confidence briefly stayed back on the shore and so did the hubby after our ocean floor tour (which he loved and is mermaid adjacent). Chris especially was incredible—patient, calm, encouraging, and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable while I figured itout.l after ingesting Hella salt water. Apparently it's a great diet option too, lol. At first, I couldn’t quite get the breathing rhythm down with the Snuba and started second guessing myself, but Chris talked me through it and helped me settle in. Then something clicked… and suddenly I was floating, exploring, and fully enjoying the underwater SNUBA dive like I belonged there. 🐠🐚🌊 Axel and the team created such a safe, fun, and supportive environment that we went from anxious to completely in awe of the experience. If you’re hesitant or scared—DO IT. Trust the guides and trust yourself. This became one of the most memorable moments of my 45th birthday celebration and I’ll be talking about it for years. Thank you for helping this birthday girl discover her inner mermaid 💙🧜🏽‍♀️✨

Amazing trip and would absolutely recommend the snuba!!

Ship took longer to aquire approval to disembark but only 15 minutes. We called Viator and explained the situation. They contacted the excursion provider and the provider was unwilling to reach a compromise with us and we missed out on the excursion. However, the charge went through on credit card. We also contacted the provider by flagging down one of their shuttles and driver contacted the office of provider and again no compromise and no willingness to do anything to help situation. Avoid this company and Viator as well. I have contacted our travel agent and she will no longer recommend Viator and I have instituted a claim with credit card company to receive a complete refund.

Great experience with my kids, they had fun. They saw big fish and was able to feed them. And took extra time with my autistic child

Walking 7 meters under the Caribbean Sea is amazing. They use a very comfortable scarf that allows walking between reefs. It's a unique experience. We went with my husband and found him super comfortable despite being over 70 years old.

The Sea Trek underwater experience was absolutely amazing! Walking beneath the ocean’s surface surrounded by colorful fish and vibrant marine life felt like being in another world. The guides were friendly, patient, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. It was an unforgettable adventure — perfect for anyone looking for a unique and fun way to explore the sea! 🌊🐠

Absolutely loved this experience! Highly recommended. My partner does not swim but this was perfect no swimming needed and the people were lovely!

Great experience - dive guide Miguel was great and explained some good tips throughout. He also took many amazing pics of my wife and I for us to enjoy forever.
