We hired with all the enthusiasm a tour to the Baldi Baths sold as the best and a high price, when we arrived at the wrong so-called baths, we did not use the tour by the crowding and the bad conditions of unsanitary that existed there and after returning to ask for reimbursement when not performing the activity refused to do it, also highlight the chulesque attitude of an employee named Carlos half laughing at us and even hesitating and showing us money, saying that he could reimburse us but that he would not do anything.

Queremos aclarar que las Termas de Baldi son una propiedad completamente externa y no forman parte de nuestra empresa ni están bajo nuestra gestión. Nosotros únicamente actuamos como intermediarios al coordinar el acceso a este centro termal, el cual es uno de los más reconocidos en La Fortuna por su infraestructura y popularidad.
A pesar de no tener control sobre el servicio brindado directamente en las termas, tomamos muy en serio su experiencia. Ya estamos escalando su comentario al personal de Baldi para que se tomen las medidas necesarias, sobre todo respecto al trato recibido por parte del colaborador que mencionan.
Nos duele que no hayan podido disfrutar del tour, y agradecemos que nos lo hayan comunicado. Estamos a su disposición para seguir el diálogo por interno y ver de qué forma podemos mejorar esta situación o brindarles una experiencia más positiva en el futuro.

Volcano hike
We did the volcano hike and Baldi hot springs with Josef, we had a great day, the volcano is incredible and the wildlife we saw along the way was amazing. Josef was amazing at spotting all the animals and pointed them all out to us!

Incredible day
Perfect combination/ an invigorating hike, relax in nature in the hot springs river - and then treat yourself to the most amazing and luxurious hot springs experience.

Spectacular easy hike through Arenal volcano
The experience was great, Isaac, our guide, was great, apart from the fact that he has an extra since Isaac is passionate about nature, he also makes you want to visit Costa Rica a little more

I had the best time!
We went on this tour with Sebastian and we absolutely loved everything about it!! He is such a nice guy and he really explained a lot about all the trees and the plants. I would definitely recommend this tour and especially with Sebastian!!

Best adventure in La Fortuna!!
Me and my friend did a combo tour with ”djungle tour” and it was AMAZING! Raul was the best guide, laughed so much and he really did the experience so much better!
