Wonderful , didnt exexpect such a service

Our Driver was super nice. We actually thought we had a guide to tell us about different areas of Paris. Instead driving us to places we knew … but he was super nice and waited on us in several of the places we wanted to stop. But we never got explanation unless we asked. So basically for the price we paid it was not worth doing this tour .

From the moment my family and I boarded the train from London to Paris, he stayed in constant communication with us and made sure everything was coordinated perfectly. He was right there waiting to collect us as soon as we stepped off the train, which made the beginning of our Paris experience completely stress-free. During our time together, Earnest went above and beyond simply providing transportation. He showed us so many beautiful Parisian sights, shared interesting historical information and stories about the landmarks, and made sure we had the opportunity to truly experience the city. He even took family photos for us, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch! What impressed us most was how kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant Earnest was. He made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout the entire experience, and his professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. The Paris night light car ride was very good. We were able to take some great photos. The only problem we had was the pickup place. We went where the company told us was the pickup point. By the time we were picked up we had lost 20 minutes of our time which resulted in us not being able to see some of the places we wanted to see. Thank goodness the driver was able to reach us by phone.

Earnest went above and beyond to make the afternoon and evening special. He even bought my daughter a commerative coin at the Eiffel Tower. Thanks to Earnest we saw so much of the city and were able to enter sights we never would have been able to in the time we had available.

Lasantha was the most unbelievable driver! We had small hiccup with pick up location due to a computer mixup. Lasantha went over and beyond to find us and immediately let us know he would make sure we saw everything we had on our list. Being my mothers first time in Paris I wanted her to see everything! It didn’t help we only had one day before our boat set sail, and, the Tour de France was going through! Most of the roads had been closed off making it difficult to navigate. Lasantha didn’t let that ruin the day, he checked off our list and showed us some of the spots that aren’t the typical touristy locations. My mother has limited mobility so we weren’t able to walk to many of the locations which would have made it impossible to see much of Paris. Lasantha got us as close to the front doors of the sights so we could hop out of the car and snap a picture. He even made certain to get us back to our group at the end of the tour. Not only did he ensure our safety., he messaged me the following day to check on my mother. I can not give enough praise for his attention and his sincere desire to make our trip perfect. I highly highly recommend him for your next trip. We will most definitely be calling him for travels when we are back in Paris. If you use this service…I recommend you ask for him specifically!
