It was great and so easy to enter.Our guide Anna was also great.She knows so much thing about history.It was very good
We had a ticket that covers a tour guide of the Cathedral, entry to the Crypt, Bell Tower Climb and Baptistery. Our tour guide, Vittorio, was very factual but interesting. She has a lovely, friendly personality. The Bell Tower climb is quite steep with narrow steps. Not for the faint hearted, but a spectacular view when you get to the top.
Ana the guide is amazing, if someone’s asks if you prefer to make the tour in English or Italian choose English so you can enjoy the visit with a guide and not through the app (I remained next to the guide so I could hear her all the way)
Our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. He had a great personality and my only complaint is with myself because I should’ve had more time to book more tours!
Our guide was quirky but engaging! When i showed him our ticket, he reminded me to find him at the end of our interior tour so that he could direct us to the other experiences we had booked. He kept the attention of our group as we waiting to enter the Duomo. The bell tower climb - WOW! So many steps, but so worth it (once we got to the top!)
This tour is a scam. It is not a tour of the duomo. It is only to climb the bell tower. Look for some other tour

This just wasn’t what I thought I ordered. My search was for skip the line dome tour, non guided. What I accidentally ordered was skip the line tour of duomo. It was not skip the line. We waited in line for and hour, and it was guided, and no dome tour. Advice is to double check what you sign up for. This was not worth the entry fee.
Thank you for your feedback. As clearly mentioned in the product description, this experience is not a Dome tour and security checks are mandatory for all visitors, including skip-the-line ticket holders. The tour also includes guided assistance as advertised.
You do not get anything with the audio link attached for the cathedral. so if you close the link by mistake you have no way of getting it back. There is no guide.
The audio guide link was provided as included in the activity. Guests can normally reopen the link from their booking confirmation or chat history. This experience does not include a live guided tour, as clearly mentioned in the activity description.
Cathedral very impressive from the outside, very basic on the inside apart from the dome itself but really interesting story and worth seeing. We went into the crypt and up the bell tower as well. Bell tower gives amazing views
This is a scam. Originally booked the tour because the tour description clearly said climbing the Duomo & Bell Tower. The operator contacted me to change the dates as the Duomo was closed on the date. We agreed on Dec 30th 9.45am. When we showed we were given a Giotto pass(only bell tower climb included) and asked to stand in a rather long line line to visit the Duomo, no climb. We had to cancel another planned tour to accommodate as the family was very keen. To add insult to injury the bell tower access was at 6pm in the evening. You are better off buying the Giotto pass directly from the official site.

The indicated time does not restrict entry exclusively to that hour. 2. **The Duomo is not included in the product booked.** Our tour description clearly specifies that the experience includes **Bell Tower (Giotto) access only**. Entry to or climb of the Duomo is **not part of this product**, and this is clearly outlined prior to purchase. For these reasons, the service provided was consistent with what was advertised and confirmed. While tickets may also be purchased directly from the official website, our service is intended for travelers who prefer **advance booking, assistance, and flexible access within the valid day**.
