Large building, rather unremarkable from the outside. In front, a large square with many visitors. Inside, various tours are possible. We were only inside for a short time. The exhibited artifacts did not particularly impress us.

Expected a walking tour of old town. Never left the church and walked through an exhibition we could have read ourselves. And we did not get the palace tour because it was cancelled. Still awaiting the half refund. Will it happen?

Best way to see the palace.
Remo was wonderful and knew so much about the palace. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and learned a lot. I would highly recommend.

Nice.
Beautiful but honestly nothing striking compared to some buildings that we have in Italy. I got the audio guide. Great Cloakroom Service.

Very informative!
We really enjoyed our palace tour with our guide Anna. Anna was lovely & so knowledgeable about the palace, it's art and sculpture, it's history, and the history of Amsterdam. She gave us a great visit with more info than we could have ever gotten on our own!

Enjoyable tour, v informative
We could habe done this by Audio tour , but it was much more interesting with a guide to hand. You learn more about the Dutch way of life this way too. There wasn't a queue, so 'skipping the queue' wasn't relevant, but had there been, it would have been fabulous to just sale by. Good trip, worth the effort.
