This was absolutely amazing, and I’m so glad I did it! The wealth of knowledge the tour guides had was incredible, and the views were even better! If you’re visiting Chicago for the first time like I was, please do yourself a favor and book this tour — you won’t regret it! Fun fact: I did the Architecture Boat Tour during the day and chose to do this one in the evening. I loved that this tour also gives you the opportunity to see the entire Chicago skyline from Lake Michigan — it was absolutely beautiful! Definitely book both the Architecture Boat Tour and the Chicago by night River and Lake cruise!! They’re both amazing and offer such different experiences! 🌃✨ PS - as I also learned from locals and other travelers definiteltly take advantage of the City Pass if you are doing multiple things - Save some $$$ and I wish I would not have slept on this - this goes for any city that has them!

We really had a wonderful time and the scenery OMG absolutely beautiful. The only thing I would suggest is that you either take a small blanket with you or simply dress for the weather. Although they do have an area where you can sit inside and warm up, but to enjoy the full experience and the view definitely sit up top.

The city at night is already beautiful, taking a boat on the river into lake michigan makes that much more of an experience. It got a little chilly at the top deck but there is a much warmer lower deck. The hot chocolate could have been better but it did warm us up. If you also want to learn a little more about the history of Chicago’s architecture, this tour is perfect for you. Whether going out with friends or a romantic partner, I recommend First Lady.

I loved it. I have done this tour before but during the day i thought the one by daytime was the best because you could appreciate the architecture a lot but the night tour is another level is beautiful. that night was rainy, foggy and cold and still worth every penny. Tour guide explaining every detail very informative, loved it.

Beautiful views and Tommy was great. Buildings were amazing had a fun night would highly recommend a visit

So happy with the commentator Tommy he was funny patient informative and just overall awesome we hope to see him again soon! He made my husband laugh and that is no easy task lol!

We enjoyed our experience, the crew were very knowledgeable. The fly in the ointment was, that for people with mobility issues, was, that it was down four flights of metal/ concrete stairs. A little hard for those who have trouble ascending and descending stairs.

It is worth the money to see the big city lights. Bring a coat as it is cold on the water even in the fall.

The ride was very informative & just a little too cold. I'm a senior citizen & the stairs and long walk was too much for me. Everything else was good.
