We were with the kids, really enjoyed it. The company is great, the first time we failed, we canceled right after the day. A second order was made today and the company kindly went to our meeting. I want to thank our driver Shahidhan separately. A very positive and funny man. He accompanied us everywhere, explained everything at every location, so we wouldn't get shoved in for the exorbitant price. Worried we were in camp for good seats, then gave us five minutes' notice of the end so we wouldn't crowd earlier, highly recommend this driver.
We had an amazing desert safari experience in Dubai, and a big thanks to Sahid for making it truly unforgettable! He was extremely professional, friendly, and made the dune bashing both thrilling and safe. His skills were excellent, and he ensured everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. Sahid also guided us well and helped us capture some great moments in the desert. Highly recommended – thank you for a fantastic experience! 🌟

We booked the “Red Sand Evening Desert Safari Tour With ATV Quad Bike” at Adventure King Tourism (Business Bay, +971 50 203 1931) and this was without a doubt the worst day of our trip. The guide arrived more than two hours late without explanation. After the quad activity he simply became unreachable and we were left alone in the desert for more than an hour, with poor range and no clear instructions. Later we were dropped off again and left alone again, this time in the evening in a large, chaotic parking lot in the middle of the desert. This felt unsafe and very unprofessional. Because of all the delays we arrived at the camp way too late, we had to rush the food, we missed part of the show and we were immediately sent back. In addition, the guide showed aggressive and unfriendly behavior towards me and my son. After filing a complaint, the company **did not respond to anything**. They obviously don't care about customers and only about money. The so-called ‘inclusive’ activities are minimal and meant to make you pay extra. My urgent advice: **DO NOT book here**. Go somewhere else if you don't want a miserable day.
