Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. We received clear instructions the day before, the transportation was on time, and there was no unnecessary waiting. The Poseidon Thermal Gardens are beautiful, with many different pools and stunning sea views. Swimming caps are mandatory in the thermal pools, so it’s good to know that in advance. The tour was also very competitively priced compared to similar options I found. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this tour.

Forio d'Ischia is a beautiful town by the sea. For me, it is among the most beautiful! Easy to navigate with a weekly bus ticket. The evenings are full of life, vibrant, and romantic.

Our tickets for the ferry and entry were emailed directly to us. The ferry ride was fast and when we got off the boat we were greeted by a Viator representative who walked the 3 of us to a waiting taxi, included in the price. We were dropped of at spa and picked up at designated time and taken directly to the ferry. Great day.

Stay in the park very nice. Numerous variable temperature pools, hydromassage, sauna, sun loungers everywhere in a green and soothing setting. Good self-catering. The taxi ride a bit long, especially in the morning when the driver made a detour to drop off other customers. So stay a little short on the park, if we take into account travel times from Naples: boat + taxi

Honestly could not recommend this more. Feels like a little slice of paradise- what I imagine a greek island to feel like. Booking all the transfers from Naples in one trip made it so much easier than trying to find the right ferry and get a cab there and back and worry about timing and queuing for tickets. Would definitely recommend.

The private transfer ride allows you to see some of the island! Since it is far away on the island it is a very nice asset to have this direct transfer from the ferry to the thermal park is really appreciated! Super easy, a person was waiting for us with a sign as indicated, no expectations! A beautiful relaxing day!

Transportation was seamless, never received gardens tickets and had to purchase separately upon arrival, for an extra amount

Myself and 2 friends went for the day from Sorrento. It was a great experience trying out all the different thermal pools and the beach. It was busy but didn't have to queue up for any of the pools. The restaurant areas were nice and not too expensive. The only drawback was the length of time you actually had there, only 4 hours. Prepare to be away all day. We left hotel at 8.30 am and got home at about 7pm! I made the mistake of thinking you could go from Sorrento, but in fact, the hydrofoil was from Naples. When I realised this and knew we couldn't get to Naples for 8.30, the company was very helpful in trying to ensure we still got to use our Spa tickets. Fortunately, the hydrofoil did run from Sorrento to Ischia on a wed, but I had to buy another 3 tickets as they said they couldn't trf the tickets I'd purchased. The hydrofoil was nearly an hour late arriving in Sorrento, so it was not a great start. Thankfully our minibus trf at Ischia Port had been told to wait for us so we got to the Spa just before 12 midday. The hydrofoil delay wasn't the company's fault, but it meant we only had 4 hours in the spa and it would have been nice to spend a bit more time there.

I booked a tour with transfers from Naples included, clearly indicated in the description. From the start, however, chaos began: every day messages from different numbers insisting that transfers were not included, trying to shift the responsibility onto me. After a thousand explanations from them (“product put online incomplete”) they practically forced me to rebook paying more, without ever apologizing or offering a gesture of seriousness. Upon return, meeting point set at 16:35: I was there 5 minutes earlier, with screenshots and rehearsals. In the morning I had even sent my partner the location and time precisely to avoid problems. At 4:45 pm, seeing no one, I wrote to the assistant: they told me that they had already left and that they had called our names. False, and there are witnesses. Me and 3 other people had to pay for a taxi. Twice on the same tour I lost money and patience. I gave clear evidence, nothing to them. Painful: I do not recommend it to anyone.
