We loved the freedom of exploring Lecce with the audio tour and enjoyed the sites they covered and the ease of the Travelmate App, but were disappointed that it covered so little of Lecce’s landmarks and history.

Perfect with Aufioguide
I could start as needed and repeat information if necessary! I was able to visit the sights after my research and could stay as long as I wanted!

Interessant
Audio guide allows you to have some interesting information about the history of buildings, it is easy to use. I liked the "curiosite" info at the end of each little audio.

Disappointing, inauthentic
Really not very good. Sounded like the guide was reading from a brochure and hadn't actually been there before. Not very much for USD$9. Couldn't recommend.

Lecce is a charming city with a unique character that we tried to convey through our guides.
So, ultimately, you can understand why we say we are truly sorry and disappointed for not having met your expectations.
However, the comment about "not having actually been there before" is simply unacceptable. Lecce is one of the cities closest to our hearts and has, of course, been visited numerous times by our team.
