We were 2 adults travelling with 10 and 13 year olds. We all found the tour very interesting and it was just the right length of time. The tour guide was excellent, giving detailed accounts of everything but he was also concise. To quote the girls, “it was really interesting and not boring”. I would highly recommend the tour. Finally, it was so much nicer having a real person as a guide, rather than listening on headsets. Well done all at TootBus!

The kids' tour is not worth it for children who do not speak English. The translation via headphones on board does not work. The explanatory texts were in a childish tone, but were hardly distinguishable from explanations for adults in content. Friendly driver, therefore not just 1 star. Furthermore, the booked time is not listed on the voucher. Support practically does not exist. You end up going in circles with some bots that keep asking the same thing. We had much better experiences with the regular hop-on hop-off buses (Big Bus Tour). The texts were also entertaining for 10-year-olds, and the value for money is significantly better.

Excellent tour for little ones 45 minutes was perfect for my grandsons ages 2 and 4. They thoroughly enjoyed the ride and sights. The guide was great and really friendly.

Excellent fun! Kids loved it. For me, would have enjoyed a longer tour than 45 minutes. However, for them it was about right. Our tour guide Kim was very entertaining. Bus driver and staff all very friendly. What could be improved? Perhaps email communications beforehand could include a reminder on time and meeting point. I couldn't remember so had to spend a bit of time searching on the app. Minor detail. Overall the tour was great. Highly recommended!

It covers all the main sites and we learnt lots of interesting facts along the way. Tour guide was very engaging and great with the kids. My boys are 8yrs and 11yrs and they said it was their favourite part of our 3 day trip to London. It lasts 45 minutes but we could have stayed on there all day!

Very few buses run! With changes of bus stops, buses that should come but do not come. A waste of time and money! Absolutely not profitable over the full 48 hours spent on site! Unfortunately very disappointed!

My sons loved the tour, particularly my 6 year old. Facts were at a level he could understand, commentary was loud enough, clear and Jolly. Really easy to find the start, saw all the main sites.

Great experience! Together with my daughter of 10 I did the kids Halloween tour and that was quite an experience in itself. Prem the driver was super friendly and also the tourgide was very nice. Much tells and cozy that he also involved the audience in his fun stories. Should we choose another tour, we will definitely choose a similar trip again.
