Loved the history and seeing New Orleans up close
We had an amazing trip around New Orleans with driver Jason and the sweetest old mule. We really enjoyed the history and stops by a few buildings and locations that have significant history in New Orleans. Not scary :) But it does cover a serial killer in the city and Delphine La Lauries house and history.

Great Carriage Ride terrible management
The manager under the red umbrella was terrible. People ahead of us walked up to her and she would not acknowledge we were all standing there. She kept looking down at her phone. Finally the couple asked about their ride and she never looked up just gave some major attitude and said last name. She does not belong in a public service position. She did the same to us when it was our turn. Trisha was our carriage driver and desire was our mule. They were awsome but that lady on the street was down right terrible.

Haunted History Carriage Tour
This was a good experience. You get to learn history behind the ghost stories. If you’re looking for an eerie, spooky kind of tour; this isn’t it.

Not haunted/nor historical
The tour guide barely talked during the tour and if she did she rarely went into details, she didnt seem to care . We asked three times if this was the Haunted Tour because there was only one 'ghost" story and even that she never went into details and was really vague, it was a really big waste of money and not worth it! Would love a refund

Carriage Ride
Our guide was awesome! Very knowledgeable on the history of New Orleans. Loved the Hinny who guided our carriage. Beautiful animal!

Very interesting, scenic and comfortable. Our guide Chris helped my husband get into the carriage. Chris answered all our questions. Highly recommend this tour

Very knowledgeable tour...
Very knowledgeable tour guide for our private ride. She was able to customize her narration to fit the needs of my client, bouncing between spooky ghost stories and NOLA history as appropriate. Would absolutely recommend & even repeat in the future.

Not worth the money
Arrived at the location and the Lady doing the check in is very rude. The carriage driver was very nice. But this never felt like a haunted ghost tour at all. It only felt like a history lesson with jokes thrown in. It was not worth the $65 that I paid for this tour. Not at all.
