Beautiful experience, excellent organization, you cannot even imagine how many people work to ensure that a hot air balloon takes off The only flaw, if it can be called that, is the flight certificate, which is not personalized I saw other passengers from other organizations with their certificate where their own name was placed We had a photo that was the same for everyone, with the wording of the flight taken, et cetera et cetera. Having one's own name means having actually participated. I could have taken an anonymous photo from anyone

It wasn't the cheapest price, but everything worked out great. We were very satisfied with the entire process and the friendly and competent way all employees worked. In the end, the price didn't even matter. Unique.

Spectacular experience - the pilot was so skilled. We flew deep in the valleys, so close we could almost touch the caves. And then high in the sky amongst the other balloons - truly remarkable

My husband, friends, and I enjoyed the sunrise hot air balloon ride with Kapadokya Balloons on 8/21/26. It was a seamless, safe, and amazing experience from start to finish. We were picked up from our hotel right on time by Erai, our driver and one of the team of balloon handlers. Our pilot Kurti was confident, skilled and professional. I was a bit nervous, but our pilot's calm demeanor put me at ease! This is my second hot air balloon experience, and it was unique. Our pilot guided our balloon through the town of Goreme. We felt as if we could touch the fairy chimneys and grab a Turkish coffee from the visitors on the hotel rooftops! We then climbed to a height of about 4600ft! The view, silence, and stillness from that altitude was unforgettable. The landing though was so unexpected! Kurti landed the basket perfectly on the flat bed of the company's truck! The drinks, refreshments and photo op after the landing were also lots of fun! Thank you so much to the team at Kapadokya Balloons for a memorable experience!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Professional from start to Hotel drop off. Beck and the team ran the operation like a well oiled machine. We landed on the trailer. Amazing precision. The entire experience was fabulous! If I had to re do it j wouldn’t look elsewhere. Right from the coordination to the pilot Kurt (Hope it’s correctly spelled) - the experience was nothing short of perfect. He ensured we had a good time and had such good energy! Hulya the ops manager was a whole vibe! Ended with the champagne toast which was the cherry on top!

WOW, what a great experience. Very early start to the morning when we were picked up at our hotel by this happy friendly gentleman called Ibreham. We collected some other people along the way prior to arriving at the balloon site. What a sight to see so many balloons getting ready to fly. We boarded the basket and were given a safety briefing, then off we went slowely upwards into the sky where the sun was starting to rise. We floated around and saw the sights from the sky that we had visited on the ground the day before. Fabulous to see all the balloons above, below and all around us. After a while we started towards the landing sight where the crew and trailer awaited. A perfect landing directly on the trailer. (Great flying). We excited the basket and were given certificates and a celebration drink. Thanks to our pilot, the balloon team and their support for a very memorable experience.
