- 当社はロビンソンヘリコプターを運航しており、最大座席制限は135kg（297ポンド）です。この重量を超える乗客は当社の大型ヘリコプターで飛行する必要があり、移動人数に応じて追加費用が発生する場合があります。
- チェックイン時に乗客全員の体重を量ります。 合計が180kg以上の2名分の予約はプライベートフライトの予約が必須。 4名様以上のご予約は360kg以上、大型ヘリコプターへのアップグレードも必要な場合があります（追加料金とサプライヤーに直接お支払いください ） 。
- すべてのフライトは、ヘリコプターで最大6人の乗客が移動できる共有ベースで販売されています。 1人の乗客の予約は歓迎されますが、すべてのフライトは出発するのに最低人数の乗客を必要とします。
- 幼児（2歳未満の乗客）がいる場合、追加料金でプライベートフライトを予約する必要があります。
- ヘリコプターは折りたたみ式の車いすでアクセス可能ですが、パイロットは労働、健康、安全上の規制により乗客の乗降を補助できません。
- 当社のバス送迎は無料サービスです。ピックアップは2つの異なるホテルからのみご利用いただけます。フライト後、お客様はサーキュラー・キーまで送迎されます。
- フライト時間とピックアップ予定時刻の確認がシティホテルからメールで届きます（必要な場合）。
- 送迎を必要としない場合、またはシティ外の地域に滞在する場合は、ご自身でベースまで移動できます。チェックインは、確定した出発時間の30分前までです。
- 万が一に備えて、シドニーにいらっしゃる場合は、フライト当日に連絡を取る必要がございますので、電話番号（該当する場合は国番号を含む）を必ずご用意ください。

Very friendly team and efficient in their processes. Pilot was super smooth with his takeoff/landings and turns. Our flight saw dolphins.
Very friendly and professional staff. Aware of the bad weather, we waited a bit, but in the end, it was wonderful. We had sunshine. Continue on.
Was a great tour. The time got changed a few times but that didn’t bother us as we were free all day. It was a 6 seater aircraft, 5 in the back and 1 in the front with the captain. Got great views of Sydney Opera House, Manly beach and other suburbs! Would definitely recommend. We were in the air for approx 20 mins.

Brilliant!! Never thought I would ever get in a helicopter (I’m 60) I loved every minute. The staff were all lovely and friendly. Explained everything in detail. Shout out to Tee (he kindly picked us up and dropped us off again) very friendly and chatty!!
Very cool, you see everything that Sydney has to offer! The pickup process is very easy if you dont have a way to get to their location. Double check with their assigned seating as its random and they initially separated my wife and I, and seemed reluctant to accommodate us sitting next to eachother at first. Outside of that, we had a great time and they took plenty of great pictures of us with the aircraft once we returned
The whole experience was amazing totally what I was expecting. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pilot was very knowledgeable explaining everything that we asked about. I would definitely recommend Sydney Helitours good value for what you pay.

I had an amazing helicopter ride over Sydney. Seeing the city’s key landmarks from above, including the stunning Sydney Opera House and the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, was truly unforgettable. The whole experience was smooth and well-organised, and the staff at the helicopter centre were extremely helpful and friendly throughout. The driver provided excellent pick-up and transfer service, making the entire day stress-free. I was able to capture some incredible memories from the flight, and overall it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney.
