Staff was very unhelpful when requesting to make adjustments to my reservation. Difficult to contact, did not respond timely, ultimately led to me not being able to make the tour and I lost my entire payment. No refund or eligibility to travel on a different date. I will take my business somewhere else next time.

The flight was unusually long. The pilot showed us a lot. I have taken many helicopter flights so far. That was the best one. The shuttle service was also great!

Fantastic experience. Just a pity I was in a left rear passenger seat. I certainly didn't get to see all of the landmarks that the other passengers saw.

The safety procedures were thorough and the team made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. If you are thinking about trying a helicopter flight for the first time, I would definitely recommend choosing them. The combination of the amazing Sydney views, the smooth flight and the professional safety standards made this a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Exceptional service!!, it was a great experience. …unfortunately I had to go on the side of the helicopter where I saw almost nothing but sea the whole way…, because on the other side of the windows there were other people blocking the view.
