This was a great tour, and September was the perfect time to go! Our tour guide was wonderful, very informative and happy to accommodate requests as he was able. I would absolutely recommend this tour and especially Dima as your guide!
This trip to Antelope Island was an absolutely amazing experience! The island itself is stunning, and we also enjoyed the visit to the historical ranch. The wildlife viewing was phenomenal—we were lucky enough to see bison, antelope, owls, and several mule deer. Our guide, Dima, was fantastic. He has an impressive depth of knowledge about Utah, Salt Lake City, the local history and natural environment, and he went out of his way to make sure we maximized every single wildlife encounter. A major highlight was spotting a mule deer with a beautiful sunflower caught right on its antlers! Dima truly went above and beyond for our group. Even after we had already spent more time on the island than the scheduled tour allowed, we spotted a bison hanging out by the Antelope Island sign, Dima didn't hesitate to pull the van over so we could get a close look and capture some wonderful photos. I highly recommend this experience to anyone and will definitely be booking another tour with Dima in the future!

It was a wonderful experience to connect with nature. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe with the tour guide and driver (Demetri). Although he spoke English with a European accent, he was very polite and friendly to everyone in the van. Also, there were 12 tourists including me in the van. He even spoke about the history of the animals and Salt Lake City, Utah. It's a little expensive, however, he provided water and snacks along with a safe ride to the open animal park. I love Trip Advisor more than Expedia because this website offers good affordable experiences.

Dima was an excellent guide to this early history of the Salt Lake area and current ecological issues with the lake itself. He was very knowledgeable and made the six hour journey very interesting. We had lots of opportunities to walk around different spots. Beware of the mosquitoes at the farm!!

His expertise really shined when we reached the island; he took us straight to the exact spots that gave us the best possible chance of seeing the local fauna. While wildlife viewing always involves a bit of luck, Dima’s skill and local knowledge made a huge difference. Thanks to him, we were treated to incredible sightings of a large number of bison, antelope, deer, and even a burrowing owl! An absolute 5-star experience from start to finish. I had an amazing experience with Dima. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Utah. He really tailored this experience to what the group wanted. We wanted to see animals and he knew exactly where to go! The hike was wonderful and provided great views. I enjoyed the tour so much I booked another tour with Dima for the next day!
