We felt a little scared when we booked this tour, and everyone thought we are crazy, but after the tour we understood what is the situation and know that Palestinian people are so nice and welcoming The tour was amazing, and the service provided by Tour Experts was more than great Even when the Israeli border police delayed us there team was always in touch and checking about us For me and my wife we didn't had any service like this before
In this highly unpredictable world today, this tour provided a rare and wonderful way to experience key sites of the Holy Land in a very brief bit of time. Our guide in Jerusalem, George, was especially good. His knowledge and passion made the story of Jesus’ birth, his condemnation and his crucifiction come to life spiritually and emotionally. We are grateful to have been able to see this area of the world snd meet the kind people there. Note, border crossings and check points can be time-consuming and tips and fees can add up quickly. Also, save a lot of time at the border by obtaining the required ETA-IL online, $25 each. A photo less than 2 mg of passport is required for the application.
To be honest I was debating whether to take this tour or not at the beginning with the current situation in Israel. I was back and forth with Muhammad asking him a lot of questions. He was so patient and explained every details and assured me that his company focused on customer first. Issues from border crossing between Jordan and Israel, safety, and logistics were all addressed. On the day of the tour, the driver, Ramsey, arrived at the hotel early and waited for me. He greeted me and told me all the details in the car about the trip. He even bought me coffee on the way to the border. He called me the agent to make sure someone would walk me in to the transfer point and took care of the paperwork etc….. it was such a smooth try transition that I did not even have to worry about, and when I arrived on the West Bank side, the driver Abu Miss was waiting for me and told me where to meet him. This was not what I expected, as I was preparing for the worse to cross the border. It was well prepared and really eased my worries. Abu Mosa is such a scholar as he walked me through the current situation and ensured me that it was safe to travel to Bethlehem and Jerusalem. He is right; I dod not experience any issues at all. The tour guides in. Bethlehem and Jerusalem were super nice and knowledgeable with history and facts. When ready to depart from West. bank back to Jordan, the driver had already contacted the company to get me ready to go back. Thank you Muhammad; you have eased all my worries and concerns and thank you so much for such a wonderful memorable trip. Please help local tourism as many tour guides have been affected by the war. Both tour guides Jerusalem and Bethlehem have been out of job for over a year and all the shops have been closed due to the lack of tourists. It affects Jordan tourism as well. Please support them.
Mohammad was our driver for the tour, we had a great time specially in Jerusalem, he stayed with us the hole trip and show us the best of the old city of Jerusalem, we was so sad when he left us at border and we hope to see him again
Having this tour with creative was the best choice we did, they provided us with all the information we need and also they take care of getting our driver inside the border by getting a permit for him. other people was doing this tour needed to take a taxi from inside the border to outside to meet the driver we hope to get back again and do a longer tour with them because they are best agency we had
Even though it was a one-day trip to Israel, a lot was seen in one day. Driver on the Israel side was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The only confusion was re-entering the Jordan border and waiting for my ride back to Amman. Several men approached me and wanted me to go with them which was not part of the original plan. Naturally as a solo female traveler, I did not feel comfortable. Everything was eventually sorted out, but I wish I was informed about this in advance.
Abu and Ahmer were amazing. Border crossing was a breeze and we had the best time exploring Jerusalem and Bethlehem.
just the best looking around on tripadvisor we couldn't found anyone can do this trip from dead sea, so after checking with them and looking for the details we decided to book it and try, and if i had the chance another time i will book it again with them professional and providing a high service with all the small details
