Had booked this tour a month ahead knowing it’s peak season in Aug. the night before our pick up- was called by the company - van’s brakes aren’t working - can’t go. They offered a star gazing instead or another day as option but this was our last day in town and we weren’t interested in having a cold/late night so we declined. They cancelled and refunded. Hard to believe a reputable and large company such as this had no other van’s avail. We had come all the way from nyc , had to good about booking really far in advance, had a tight itinerary put together- and for them to use the excuse of a non working vehicle to rob us of a Teide day trip is inexcusable. Absolutely unacceptable. Shame on them.

This review deserves a calm but firm response. The safety issue should be made very clear: a vehicle with brake problems cannot and should not be used, regardless of the inconvenience.
We completely understand your disappointment, especially as this was your last day in Tenerife and you had planned your itinerary in advance. However, we strongly disagree with the suggestion that the cancellation was an “excuse.” A safety issue involving a vehicle's brakes is something no responsible company can ignore or take risks with.
As soon as the problem was identified, we contacted you and offered alternative options, including another experience or a different date. Unfortunately, as these options did not suit your schedule, the booking was cancelled and fully refunded.
We sincerely regret the disappointment caused, but the safety of our guests and drivers must always come before any excursion. We would never knowingly operate a vehicle with a potential mechanical or safety issue.

Amazing tour, amazing service and great value for money.
Another amazing tour. This is the 2nd year we have used this company, this time with different family members attending. The information provided and tour itinerary is perfect , the views are amazing and the service is second to none. Will be returning next year for the star gazing tour. There was not enough...
There was not enough people for the morning trip. They purposed evening. Evening had too many people - not a small group of eight as advertised, more like 40.
Star gazing was good.

Just stunning! 😍
We had a wonderful experience. Jonathan was our guide and driver and he was very friendly and gave us lots of information en route. We had some beautiful stops and then saw the most perfect sunset to end the trip! Thankyou so much. 😊

Wonderful
A nice, friendly, four-hour trip to Teide national park. Our guide, Ozzi, is friendly, curious and helpful in every way imaginable.
It can be intimidating to book a tour like this in an unknown environment, but we felt like we were in very good hands. It doesn't hurt that Teide and Vilaflor are very beautiful and fascinating places.

Incredible!
Ozzie is an incredible tour guide and made our trip! We had a last minute schedule change but all went smoothly due to his communication. We ended up doing a slightly different tour with stargazing but loved it! Would recommend any tour with him and his team.

Very nice excursion
Superb discovery of Teide! Izzy our guide (it seems to me...) knew how to perfectly animate this experience. Stops, duration and journey are well thought out and being in a very small group of 8 people, in a comfortable van, make this tour exceptional

Very interesting
The tour was very well conducted, with good explanations and nice conversation. It was very interesting to discover the history of Tenerife and in this way it was very pleasant.
