Vince is a great tour operator who knows his stuff. But we came to Hawaii to relax and get away from crazy city drivers. He literally ran 5 red lights during the tour to get to the next location before other tour groups. It would have been more enjoyable had he absorbed the island feel and slowed down.
That said, every site was beautiful, Vince helped taking family and group shots, we learned a lot about the history, culture, and language of Hawaii.

I appreciate your comment about me being a good Tour Operator. I am also the "Owner" of the Company and I definetly know what is best for all guests with over 5 Years of Business. We do stay in front of all the tons of other companies, which makes for a smooth day on Tour.
The entire Tour is timed and a specific amount of time spent at every location during the 8 plus hour day.
I can please the majority however, I cannot "Please" everyone.

Captain Vincent is a gregarious and super engaging guide. We had a great time and the island was beautiful. Get off your resort for a day and take the tour!

Fun day with Captain Vince
Getting up with the chickens is so worth it to catch the sunrise with Captain Vince. Well planned tour around the island with stops at the famous spots and a few personal favorites of the Captain. Who by the way, prides himself in staying ahead of the crowds. Did a personal stop for me for Dole whip and Hawaiian ice. Lunch was well organized and delicious. Throughout the day, Captain Vince shared his local knowledge and photos he took of us. Diana, hope you had a safe journey home as once you spend the day with Captain Vince we were all family. Definitely recommend.

Must Do Tour !
This tour was amazing and full of good vibez. Due to early start time, we beat the influx of crowds at all locations. The botanical garden was truly magical. Our tour guide Vince was full of knowledge and kindness. I HIGHLY recommend. 10/10 !!

I’ve done many tours travelling around the world before, no tour guide is just as good as Captain Vince. Best day ever, could not recommend enough!

Very, very good tour
Captain Vince was great, he knew everything. Even when there was a major, expected closure, he did his best and made the tour worth taking. The Byodo temple is beautiful and so peaceful, and the birds feeding from our hands and arms was a blast.

An Insightful & Enjoyable One Day Experience of Oahu
The communication and information from Epic Tours was outstanding from the moment we booked the tour. Our collection at our Waikīkī Hotel was dead on time and the tour exceeded expectations (I’m generally not a tour guy).
Our tour guide, Justin’s , local knowledge and history of Hawaii made it real special. All through the day his experience as a guide added value at every stop made. a special shout-out and thanks for his care and concern, as we struggled to get back to Waikiki through the traffic grid-lock caused by the Tsunami warning.
We would definitely use Epic on any future travel to Oahu and assuredly recommend them through Viator.

Justin is a GREAT tour guide!
Justin was an AMAZING tour guide! He is very informative and friendly. He did a great job of teaching us the history of the island and the Hawaiian people. We enjoyed our day immensely!
