Very informative .Jay gave a very good description of what we were viewing. He also gave us history and stories of the island.

The tour operator did not show up at the meeting point. We waited for ~10 minutes with no notification. We had to call them ourselves to find out the tour was canceled, and only then we were moved to the next tour.

Best experience for first timers at Catalina Island!! Meet up was easy to find and the tour lasted about 55 minutes. We got to see great views and the tour guide made it fun learning about island and how many people operate here at Avalon. We got to see deer during our tour which made the trip over the top, overall i would 10/10 recommend !!!

The meeting place was very easy from where our cruise ship tendered. Fantastic tour to get a feel for the area while learning of the history of the island. I enjoyed the open air tram which was great for taking photos.

Great tour guide and very informative and fun tour. It was about 50 minutes. Everything was on time.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and told us many interesting things about the island and the town of Avalon. The tour took us into the mountains so we had different views of the island and harbor. They made a few stops so we could all take pictures. All in all a very informative and enjoyable trip!

Nice tour, with good views and amazing spots, good guide too. It is not 5 stars for me because the drive asking for QR codes was rude to people on the line to get in. Nobody who got the tour via Viator had a RQ code easy to find. So he was upset and told people to open the SMS messages to find the QR code. He could've been nicer while asking people to check their messages. Why they don't use the bar code all tours uses?

Was nice overview of the island. Covered the role of the Wrigley family in the development of the island.

When booking tickets for the trip. Nowhere does it say transportation to island is not included. For a spare moment trip and someone not so good on online reservations. It was not a good trip. We never made it. I booked the trip for 6 at 10 am not knowing we still needed to get tickets from a ferry that all were sold out also we were 2 hours from Long Beach traveling in 2 cars. I think it needs to be mentioned while your booking tickets that a ferry ticket is also needed. I don’t want to say it is deceiving but definitely needs to be improved. For us it was a horrible event for 6 seniors. Good luck.
