We had wanted to try punting for a long time, and with the weather being so very hot, we decided the time had come. We were looking forward to relaxing on the water rather than worrying about the logistics of steering the punt ourselves, so we were delighted we hired someone to guide us on our first experience. We arrived early and, while enjoying cold drinks by the river, watched several first-time punters struggle. Some fell into the water, others got stuck, and it all looked far more stressful than relaxing! At that moment, we knew we’d made the right decision. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and handled the punt with ease, allowing us to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and we’re already planning to book more adventures with our guide. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.
