THIS is the tour you want! Do not hesitate! Book this experience!! We had Daniele as our guide, and he truly was the best guide we've ever experienced! Daniele is part historian, part actor, part archeologist and 100% people oriented. He took care of everyone in the group as if they were beloved family. His delivery is quick and with humor and packed with interesting facts about the area. The tour was in English and Daniele is easy to understand as he has only a light accent. We ate like royalty (arrive hungry!) and learned that we definitely wish we had more time and tours with Daniele (he promises all of the guides are HILI wonderful) because he made the experience so easy, yet meaningful. I know there are other more expensive tours available in Rome, but why bother. This food tour hit every mark.

Essential Roma experience if you like food and want a unique perspective. The tour guide, Alex, is passionate about her city, country and its food. All the food was delicious however it is Alex’s infectious enthusiasm that made this tour so memorable.

Daniel (I hope I spelled your name right!) was an AMAZING host. Very knowledgeable, energetic, funny, and a great guy! We had a marvelous time. The pizza was delicious, the suppli I could kill for someday, gelato fantastic, but my favorite food was the fried artichoke! Delicioso!! Thank you so much Daniel! The history was amazing as well. I admit I shed a couple tears in the Jewish district. Daniel is the greatest tour guide of all time. I know you want to live in Rome forever, but someday, may you also live in Power! Potenza Calico!!
