We're also disappointed to hear your guide did not provide the level of engagement you were expecting. Our guides are hired not only for their safe driving but also for their hospitality, professionalism, and local knowledge. We strive to create fun, memorable experiences, and your comments do not reflect the standard we expect from our team.
