Received a text the night before saying they needed to change the time to later in the afternoon. A half hour before that time, just as we were leaving to meet, we received another text saying they could not make it. Very disappointing.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation and fully understand how disappointing this must have been for you. Unfortunately, our guide faced an unexpected situation that made it impossible to carry out the tour as planned. We always try our best to inform our guests as early as possible and to reschedule or provide alternatives whenever we can.
