The service included assistance with my luggage, but the guy simply got lost He just stopped me with a sign with my name on it, directed me to the immigration counter and that was all the service was.

I would like to clarify that the service you booked was our Standard Fast Track Arrival package. This package includes meet-and-greet service at the immigration area and assistance through the fast-track immigration lane. It does not include baggage assistance or escort service beyond the immigration process. These service details were stated on the Viator product page, and we also sent the service instructions and inclusions to you via WhatsApp before your arrival. That said, I completely understand your disappointment. Regardless of the service scope, our staff should have provided a smoother and more professional experience. The difficulty locating you and the delay in meeting you caused unnecessary stress after your flight, and for that we sincerely apologize. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our procedures to ensure a better experience for future guests. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We heard stories about the long wait. Being a first time visitor in Vietnam we just wanted to be in and out of the airport fast so we can start our tours. It was an easy morning because there were bot too many lines and it was still early. But for us the service was very helpful.
The service was excellent and followed through even our trip was modified many times. I would recommend this service.

What an amazing service we where meet at the gate as soon as we dis embark the flight. Escorted all the way through immigration to picking up our bags to then being escorted to the car to make our way to our hotel. This is a triple AAA plus service everyone should use it. Guide was excellent Thank you
From literal touchdown to the car was maybe 30 minutes. Great experience and great time saver. Would’ve been even faster if I was a solo traveler.
Really efficient, no issues and beat the queues, admittedly I initially booked the wrong one but they swapped it over without any fuss and kept me informed and updated.
The person who picked us up did nothing for us; she just said hi when we acknowledged her, and we went through imagination on our own. She didn't give any guidance or stay with us. At the baggage area, she told us to pick up our luggage ourselves; the premium service we paid for included luggage collection. I have to tell her that your service included collecting our luggage. Why are you asking us to do the work for you? She then said, "Ok, I will ask someone to help." The fees were expensive, but the service was nonexistent. Looks like she wants to get out of doing the work which we have paid for. We felt like we were scammed by this organization. This was a terrible experience. Not worth a single cent.
