The exact service you need after a long flight to avoid the long and very slow customs lines at the airport. They texted me as soon as my flight landed to reconfirm the meeting point. Had me though the customs lines in under 10 min.

Was not really necessary as the line was relatively short at my late-night arrival. However, this could probably be useful at busier times. There was really no help/guidance though. Someone with a sign just opened a gate for me, but she did not tell me which lanes I could go to- after standing in line a bit I realized I still could have gone to a shorter line but was not directed.

I booked the Premium Fast Track service for my arrival into Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Son Nhat) ahead of a tight domestic connection to Hanoi, and it completely exceeded my expectations. My agent, Vit, was waiting right at the air bridge the moment I stepped off the plane. From there it was seamless — he walked me straight through immigration, customs, and security in about five minutes flat, while I could see hundreds of other passengers backed up in the regular queues, easily facing an hour or more of waiting. But the service didn't stop at arrivals. Vit then walked me all the way over to Terminal 1 for my connecting flight to Hanoi, got me through priority check-in in about two minutes, and then personally escorted me through security and immigration again to get me airside — staying with me the entire way to make sure I made it through as quickly as possible. Genuinely excellent, attentive service from start to finish. Given how much time and stress it saved me — especially watching the length of those regular queues — I'd say it was worth twice what I paid. Highly recommend if you've got a tight connection or just want to skip the chaos at SGN. It was helpful to get through immigartion and customs quicker. The process is a bit confusing and chaotic so can be overwhelming so this definately helped avoid those feellngs. It was not easy to find my guide though as they all stand in a line. My guide didnt speak English and had a tendency to run ahead so I felt as if I was keeping him from something else. What was a plus was taking me to my piller for my driver. I think i might still be looking for it if it wasnt for him. Would I do it again for the immigration and customs yes. If you have done the Thailand one they very different experiences though as in Thailand they had a specific agent who does it and fast track lanes. Not in HCM there are alot of different agents so you get a shorter albeit still a queue but not as long as the other queues. Im not sure why but I expected the airports to be alot more structured and ordered in Vietnam, not a chance. Strangely i felt calmer and more settled when I was with border security as that felt familiar as its the same world over.

After using the fast-track service on arrival, we were impressed with the time saved and wanted to ensure an stress-free departure for our family of five (5). Unfortunately our flight from Phu Quoc was delayed which left us with an hour until our international flight back to Melbourne was due to depart. The team from Vietnam Airlines and PAS performed the impossible and managed to get us transferred between terminals and through security and immigration in record time! Lucy was amazing and went above and beyond to help us - she found us in a sea of people and made sure that we got to our flight! After the flight from Melbourne for our family of five (5), the pre-booked fast track service took the stress off lining up in the standard immigration queue. Realistically, it saved us at least an hour, which was extra time to allow us to get over to the domestic terminal and for us to relax in the lounge before our next flight. The positives: I accidentally booked the wrong day. I contacted the company and they kindly updated the booking to the correct day despite it being within 24 hours. At the airport the representative ushered us to the diplomatic immigration and we skipped a queue that would likely have taken 1-2 hours, so definitely worthwhile. The negative: the representative was not there to greet us from our flight, leaving it to wonder whether they would materialize. We had to contact the company via WhatsApp and they arrived after a wait of about 10 minutes. It is disappointing that they were not there to meet us as it makes it difficult to recommend as we were left with a nervous wait trying to figure out if we had been scammed.

Never ever book express check in , total rip off! Lady holding sign, met me and then pointed to the first line through custom, then dissappeared! While standing in line, i was confronted by security to go to end of line in the next cue... while standing at the end of very long line, lady appeared again to ask me why i was at end of line and not in line where she sent me to .. explained to her what happened and she left! First time to Vietnam and nearly missed my next flight! Other people off plane never payed for express and all got through before me :(
