Ski Dubai is an incredible escape from the heat and a must visit for families and thrill-seekers alike. The slopes are surprisingly well-maintained, and there’s something for all skill levels from beginners to experienced skiers. We especially enjoyed the penguin encounter so cute and well-organized! Everything is clean, safe, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A bit pricey, but worth it for the unique experience of skiing in the middle of a mall in Dubai

Very bad experience with this agency. Not really recommendable. I will not request a service from them anymore. Here down my related story and the pain that I experienced when I dared passing by them: It started when I booked in September 2023 and paid for a Balloon Atlantis trip. The event unfortunately was canceled due to maintenance. I would not mention that it was very inconvenient as I was planning this trip in Dubai. So, the agency told me in late October that I will get a refund. I was expecting to receive a refund within a few days after the cancellation. But now we are in March 2024 and I didn't receive any refund. I was writing almost every day to the agency starting from November 2023 and during 2024. The agency kept saying that they will refund me without honoring that promise. Definitely, I see that as a non-respectful act. I see that I wasn’t treated right with getting me ripped from my time, my money and offering me anxiety instead of a service or an apology if the service could not be filled. Avoid this non-professional agency.

We book ski dubai snow plus pass from peaceland travel and tourism. Their response is prompt and staff is well manner and knowledgeable about products. Surely when we come again we will book other also from peaceland travel. Thank You for your best service.

Ski Dubai is a place where you can ski and more... and it's an absolute must go if you are in Dubai... DO NOT BUY tickets from this site..TRIPADVISOR... THEY ARE DISHONEST... I PAID THE TICKETS ON DECEMBER 27th and they DIDN'T give them to me in time... on January 16th... unbelievable... I had to buy them back...126 euros+126 euros...obviously NOT refunded...NEVER again...excellent attraction but terrible this agency.

We had a great time. Tickets were issued prior to arrival. Everything went smoothly. A very fun place to visit with fun rides and a winter like environment.

Went with family and we enjoyed. We need atleast half a day to try this attraction. But we got only an hour. But overall it seems worth to visit

Located inside the mall. Perfect. Been there first time. Easy to find. It took sometime to get the gears and enter. But managed to enjoy 3 rides. Then got tired. Overall worth to visit.
