I booked this expecting our driver to take us to the sites listed on the itinerary. Unfortunately, I had not saved a copy of the itinerary and wifi issues prevented me from accessing the itinerary while in Dubai.
Our driver showed up and asked us where we wanted to go. I told him to the places listed on the itinerary - he did not appear to know what was on the itinerary. I asked him not to drive off if he did not know what was on the itinerary, but he drove off anyway and made a phone call while we were driving. Whomever he spoke to apparently told him a few places to take us.
To the driver's credit, he did appear to do his best. But it seemed like the company just had someone with no tour guide experience pick us up and drive around haphazardly. We did not go to all the sites. We went to/stopped at approximately 5 out of the 10 advertised.
Underwhelming at best.

Your experience does not reflect the standard we aim to provide. Our drivers are always given detailed itineraries in advance, and they are expected to be fully aware of the scheduled stops prior to pickup. It’s clear that in your case there was a breakdown in communication, and we regret the frustration this caused — especially while you were dealing with limited WiFi access and unable to view your itinerary.
While we appreciate your acknowledgment that the driver tried his best, we understand that visiting only approximately half of the advertised sites and feeling the day was unstructured is not acceptable. We are currently reviewing this incident internally to understand what went wrong and to ensure it does not happen again.

Horrible and No Safety!
Tourist guide speaks too fast and I don't understand his English. Tourist guide left us upon alighting the bus without prompting us properly with an introduction of the place. I fell down on my first stop as the steps looked like optical illusion. No first aid was rendered. Driver and tour guide left us without contacting us while we were looking for a pharmacy to find medicine to apply on my wound. Overall I would not recommend this lousy tour!

Language barrier
Tour guide was speaking half the time in Hindi/Urdu and unable to understand anything. If you don’t know the language it will be hard to follow along.

Highly recommended private tour
If you only have a few days in Dubai then I highly recommend a private city tour. Our guide, Zahid, was exceptional! He not only showed us all the significant sights but went over & above to please us. He stopped at some local grocers so we could purchase traditional spices & chocolates. He was very knowledgeable & polite.

Good price. No trucks. Language barriers.
We purchased this trip based on the excellent reviews. We were disappointed because we could barely communicate with our driver. He could only speak a small amount of English. There was no set itinerary and therefore figuring out our movements was difficult. On the plus side he was a good driver and courteous. He did not attempt to take us anywhere to buy a rug as warned by other reviews. We have him a tip. The business owner should at least give their drivers a set of itineraries to help customers and the drivers to know what will work in situations like ours where language is a barrier.

Dubai half day personal tour
Zahid was very knowledgeable and friendly. He contacted us prior to the trip and arranged our pickup time and arrived promptly.
The tour covered everything we wanted and needed to see including his offers to stop at any point for photo opportunities

Beautiful experience
Our guide Zahid was super helpful and attentive to our needs, really nice and prepared... He took us around Dubai at sunset making us discover all the most iconic places in this incredible city... A wonderful experience... highly recommended...
