Overall, I was satisfied with the photos, but I was disappointed with how the photographer change was handled. I specifically booked my session with Stacey for my 50th birthday trip to Hawaii. This was a very special milestone for me, and I had traveled to Hawaii with the expectation that Stacey would be the photographer for my shoot. I had already paid her a portion of the agreed amount. The day before the shoot, I was informed that another photographer would be doing my session instead. Stacey sent me the photographer’s information and told me to pay the remaining balance directly to that photographer. While I appreciate that I was notified, receiving that information only one day before the session was disappointing. Because I had traveled to Hawaii specifically for this special birthday experience, I really did not have much of an opportunity to reconsider, reschedule, or make other arrangements. The photographer who completed the session was professional, and I was satisfied overall with the photos. However, I booked with Stacey specifically, so I wish the change had been communicated much earlier and that I had been given more of a choice in how I wanted to proceed. For such an important milestone and destination shoot, communication and knowing exactly who will be photographing you are very important.

My flying dress photoshoot in Hawaii was such a beautiful and empowering experience. From the early morning start to shooting against Oahu’s dramatic coastline, the entire experience felt special. It made the session even more meaningful and gave us beautiful memories from Hawaii that we will always have. The photos are absolutely stunning, but even beyond the pictures, I will always remember how special the experience itself was. My Flying Dress Photoshoot Hawaii was one of the best things I did for myself. I had such a great time during my Photoshoot. Sara and her team were so sweet. She took the time to get to know me as we did our photo shoot. She made it such a fun experience for me. She even took videos of me with my phone so I immediately had pics/video of the photo shoot. The spot they chose was so perfect, at sunrise, it was exactly what I was wanting. I received my photos back quickly and they turned out amazing. By wonderful coincidence, our entire family—all 19 of us—was planning a vacation there the following month, so we arranged for Stacey to photograph us in Oahu. Stacey’s passion, collaborative approach, and local knowledge made an exceptional difference. She recommended a beautiful “secret beach” just steps from our hotel and met us there shortly before sunset. The photographs were fabulous and beautifully captured a very special time for our family.
