Arriving at Aswan International Airport at 12:45 AM can be exhausting, but this transfer service made it completely stress-free. The driver was right there waiting for me with a warm smile on his face and was incredibly attentive from the very first moment. Excellent service from start to finish—I highly recommend them!
The transfer from Aswan airport to our hotel went great. We provided our flight details to the tour company, and the driver was waiting for us at the entrance of the airport. We had to wait longer than other passengers to get our bags and leave the airport, and that wasn’t a problem. The driver was waiting until we were ready. He was friendly, drove well and drove us directly to the hotel. It was a mini-van, so there was plenty of space for our bags. At the end of the trip the driver didn’t ask for a tip. I would recommend this company.
Excellent driver and car clean. He waiting for us outside airport with a label with our name. We really recommend!
Our flight was late but the driver waited for us to arrive. We also had some sightseeing along the way.
This was a last-minute booking, the company was punctual and on time for pick up unfortunately The Driver was very limited and speaking our language, but he delivered us to the correct location with no hassle
Transfer with commitment and punctuality. The driver, Mahmoud, very competent and, including, helped us to find our accommodation
Our driver, Mohammad Salah, was there on time waiting for us with a large comfortable van. He was telling us about the sites and town throughout the journey which was appreciated.

We were picked up from the airport tonight without any issues. However, for some reason the driver had the wrong hotel drop off location and we didn’t realize until we got to the incorrect destination. This added 30 min to the travel time and also made our driver annoyed. Not sure how this happened as I had confirmed the location both on Viator AND WhatsApp. Please confirm with driver before taking off!
Easy to book, easy to find driver who was waiting for us before our plane landed. Safe driving. Would book again
