Poor instructions for where to meet driver. When you get off the plane there are drivers everywhere…before customs, in baggage claim. My driver was outside the airport across the street. Had I known that it would have been easy. Driver was fine…
Our driver was friendly and prompt. He also helped us locate my husband who landed in a different terminal than me. Note - there will be two “drivers” in the car for this one. There was a person driving and a second person coordinating with me and chatting us up during the drive. Make sure to tip both people.
It was efficient and the representative was courteous. Cheaper than the hotel shuttle. However i was not informed ahead of time that there would be two people - driver and representative so it was a surprise and because i was picked up after midnight I was extra wary. Once you know that, everything else was good and the person coordinating everything from Viator was very patient with my questions.
Nour was our best friend during our stay ! He always on time and took care of us ! Very kind and respectful person !!
Driver aware our flight came in early , he is ready to pickup our group . We did not have to wait, he was right at the gate as soon as we got our luggage , he took us to the hotel. Excellent service
Easy to find the car and a good driver. The traffic was crazy. It took 1 hr and 20 min to get to our hotel.
They were on time and very efficient. We had two separate terminal pick ups and they were very accomodating. Very smooth experience.
Excellent driver and guide. Need this service at Cairo Airport. Very glad we booked it. I can’t say how good it was.
The driver and host were very patient and excellent. We had some issues with our bags and they waited patiently while I was sorting thru my claim
My airport transfer was so smooth and simple, our guide was fantastic met us at the airport and I highly recommend!
