We had a wonderful time on our food and cultural tour in Quito. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative, which made the experience both enjoyable and educational. They did a great job blending local food stops with interesting insights into Quito’s history and culture. Everything felt well-organized and authentic. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Quito who wants a deeper look at the city’s food scene and traditions.
Viví was very knowledgeable, energetic and enthusiastic. She made the tour very enjoyable and informative. There was fun activities she had for us and was very well organized. I like how she included us in her talks and asked us questions to keep us engaged. Highly Recommend!!
We only had 24 hours in Quito so wanted to see some of the city’s main sites and try some local food - this tour was perfect! It covers some really beautiful city centre highlights including the basilica and main plazas, our guide Vivi was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the history of the city and the country whilst making it a really fun day. Our guide spoke perfect English which made things really easy. Our guide knew all the best spots to try local snacks, including an amazing chocolate tasting. I would recommend to anyone visiting Quito!
An excellent tour! Daniel was able to tell us lots about the city as we walked around experiencing different locally made snacks and treats. The chocolate tasting at the end was a particular highlight. I’d highly recommend this tour.
We had an excellent tour with Daniel from Turistik. He was able to tell us lots about the city and the sights he was showing us and the foods and drinks we tried were delicious. It was a really great way of getting to experience some local, Ecuadorean delicacies from places that made them well. I’d definitely recommend this tour.

I have been on a few food tours and this was the best one I’ve ever been on!! Malena was an excellent guide- knowledgeable, warm, kind, and interesting. I’ll warn you to not come hungry for the 10am tour- we only had small samples until about 11:45. The food was delicious and the experience was memorable!
