We used Hamzah during our trip to Petra/Wadi Musa and would highly recommend him. He was friendly, engaging and was responsive to messages. Prices were very reasonable.

Highly recommend Hamzeh! He was very easy to communicate with and, most importantly, actually listened to what I wanted. I had already planned a very specific, fast-paced itinerary, knew where I wanted to stay, and wanted to book everything myself. After getting quotes from several tour companies that either tried to push their existing packages or tell me my itinerary was too ambitious, Hamzeh understood exactly what I was trying to do immediately and never tried to upsell me on different activities, hotels, or a more packaged tour. I mostly needed a driver, but I also wanted someone who could accompany me during certain parts of the trip. As a solo female traveler, feeling safe with someone I would be spending several days in a car with was a top concern, and I felt completely safe with Hamzeh. He was respectful, trustworthy, and attentive throughout the trip. He was also extremely transparent about what he could and couldn’t provide himself, such as explaining that Petra requires a separate guide, and about how he kept my costs down by having someone in his network handle my first airport transfer rather than charging me more for him to make that leg himself. Everything was coordinated seamlessly. He was reliable, efficient, and thoughtful, and even brought me local snacks and drinks each day, including date milk, pomegranate juice, and figs from his own garden! If you know what you want and are looking for someone who will listen, execute it well, communicate clearly, and make you feel safe, I can’t recommend Hamzeh enough.

We had an excellent experience with Hamzeh for our transfer from Petra to Amman Airport. Hamzeh was extremely kind, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Communication was easy from the beginning, and he was perfectly punctual for our pickup. The vehicle was modern, very clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, making the journey relaxing and enjoyable. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service provided. Throughout the trip, Hamzeh made us feel welcome and looked after, which we truly appreciated. If you are looking for a reliable taxi service in Jordan, airport transfers, or transportation around Petra and other destinations, we highly recommend Jordan JoyRide. The service was flawless from start to finish. Thank you, Hamzeh, for your kindness and professionalism. We would not hesitate to book with you again on our next visit to Jordan! 🇯🇴😊

Hi im Leo, We traveled with our family to Petra and the Dead Sea, and Hamzeh was an outstanding driver throughout the trip. The car was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. He was always punctual, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Hamzeh explained things clearly along the way, shared helpful local insights, and was very attentive to our family’s needs. He made us feel safe, relaxed, and never rushed at any point. His kindness and reliability truly made a difference in our experience. We highly recommend Hamzeh to anyone visiting Jordan, especially families looking for a stress-free and well-organized trip

I had excellent service from the company. I received all the support I needed in Petra and even their service with the next destination, Wadi Rum. I recommend that you seek their services and have a great experience in this tourist region.

I needed a ride from QAIA to Petra but wanted to stop at the Dead Sea area purely for sightseeing, no spa experience. Hamzeh was able to arrange this for me at a reasonable price. He and my assigned driver, Ibrahim, gave suggestions on other places to visit but were not pushy. Communication was excellent using Whatsapp. Once I arrived in QAIA, it was nice to have a driver waiting for me. I used the same service on my way back to Amman. Thank you, Hamzeh and Ibrahim.

Best service in Jordan! Very kind, on time, and friendly. His car is also great and very clean. Will definitely see him again when I’m back

Thank you Hamzeh good driver, took me from Petra, to the Jordan River, then to the airport, very nice, everything was great. Thank you so much 🙌
