Excellent meal as always, quick order taking, top-notch service For starters, tuna rillettes for my husband, gray shrimp for me For the main course, my husband had octopus and I had a crispy lobster with lobster sauce For dessert, rum baba and frozen nougat We will gladly return
Arrived at 12:30 with my 11 year old grandson by bike, we were served at 1:40 pm without any information, we had an imperative at 4 pm so we ate at full speed without having dessert or coffee, what disrespect for customers my grandson suggests they remove a table of 4 and one of two, we can not win on all the board. The burger was excellent, as was the sardine bread.

We had booked this experience with Viator. Reading the overview with the description of what we were going to see, there was everything that interested us: Jozani Forest, Butterfly center, The Rock restaurant and snorkeling with dolphins. I don't know if it was a translation problem on the part of the site, because the description is absolutely not faithful to what they actually take you to see and only what is actually written in the title of this experience is visited and which we were not interested in. The Italian speaking guide Hassan and the driver were very kind and we were disappointed and tried to ask the agency for a solution but it was useless. The visit in the morning was nice but poorly organised, in fact we found ourselves on the beach too early in the afternoon and not wanting to wait 4 hours to see the sunset and take part in a party which also had to be paid for, we wanted to go back to the hotel many hours before...

Concordiamo sul fatto che gli ospiti non dovrebbero mai sentirsi in attesa senza attività, e stiamo già lavorando per migliorare il ritmo e la struttura di questa parte dell’esperienza. I have just returned from Zanzibar and I would like to write this review to say a big thank you to the staff who were together with us. You guys helped us to have the full experience with the hearty caring along the trip: from guiding me how to do snorkeling patiently, playing with my kids so that we have our own time to explore the natural beauty, taking pictures for my family to save each single memorable moments... All things that impressed me so much. I have highly appreciated it. Absolutely sure, I will recommend Green Zanzibar Tours to my friends. ;)
