Duc was a fantastic guide, the falls were great (well worth the climb) and the fresh water pools were refreshing to swim in. The local restaurant for lunch was also very good and different from the usual tourist restaurants. Excellent day out.

Don't believe what the other reviews say. The climb can be challenging at some points, especially if you want to go all the way to the 3rd falls. Not really suitable for the less fit or children. Also, the water isn't very clear. That being said, still a good experience, and a workout. Lunch provided was quite good at a lakeside restaurant. However, the other large local groups that also come to this restaurant somehow leave a big mess on their tables and floors after the meal which sort of degrades the place a little bit.

Pham was perfect for our group of 2 families with children ranging from 5-13. He personalized trips to the Ba Ho waterfalls and snorkeling for our group and we can't imagine a better experience. From the travel to the food to the activities, Pham had it all organized perfectly and was always ready to adapt our tour to fit our needs. We highly recommend his services!! Thanks Pham!
