We had to make this a last minute reservation, due to issues with our previous plans. Given that we were in Chile and had never been there before, we really needed the help. Though the rate was very high, we were pleased to have had the ride to our hotel. We were also under the impression that this was to be a private car (given the title), with no other travellers, but it turned out that there was another couple in the car, so the rate we were charged seemed higher than I would think it should have been. Other than that, it was nice to not have the "rescue"
