As a travel agent myself, when traveling internationally for a cruise it could become stressful to find a reliable transfer with a llarge family when you are staying a few nights before embarkation. Therefore, having a reliable transfer is key when choosing the right company to take everyone to the ship on it. This company did just that with a smooth/seamless transfer for me and 12 other family members. They communicated with me from the start of the reservation and up to the day of pick-up. They made the experience stress free due to all the communication I received. I highly recommend this company to all my Japan cruisers with small or large groups.
