Excellent experience! The driver arrived early and communicated that to us. He said we could start our trip earlier as a result which we did. He then took us right to our water taxi which then took us to our hotel. The whole journey was very seamless.

Efficient way to travel from Ravenna port to Venice. Our driver met us at the cruise terminal and took us directly to the water taxi pick up location, where our water taxi was already expecting us. We had a nice boat ride directly to our hotel pier. Fantastic service and a stress-free way to get to Venice from Ravenna.

Our driver was on time, dressed nice, and had a very clean van. We felt “ hand delivered “ to our hotels in Venice. Best ay to get from Ravenna cruise port to the Grand Canal!

Francisco demonstrated outstanding customer service, very flexible, and assured us on our transfer all the way to the boat, taking us to our rental apartment. One of my sons was not feeling well and we had to pull over a few times. Francisco was not frustrated or upset and even stopped for us at a pharmacy to get some motion sickness medicine. Couldn't have asked for more on this transfer service.
