Although expensive, we had a good experience. Andrea, our driver, was prompt, courteous, friendly and very helpful with our bags at pick up and boat transfer. It was an event less drive from the port to Venice.
Awful. Driver picked us up at Ravenna. All went well with yhe drive hyt than no water taxi available. Wanted in sun for hours.

Venice is a very busy city where numerous events, conferences, and private functions take place throughout the year. On the day of your transfer, a major Tiffany & Co. corporate event was being held in Venice, and a large number of the city’s water taxis were engaged for this event. As a result, some water taxi services experienced delays and longer waiting times. Unfortunately, this situation was completely outside of our control and affected availability throughout the city. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
The local tour guide canceled without prior notification. We were stranded in Ravenna cruise port for hours attempting to make alternative transportation to Venice,which was 2 hours away. When I contacted Viator customer support, I was informed that the local tour company canceled because they attempted unsuccessfully to communicate with me so the tour was not scheduled. However, I have documented email that about one week prior to the tour, I requested an amended tour, which they did, from 4 passengers to 6 to accommodate our luggage. Additionally, payment was charged to my credit card on August 27th for the scheduled tour on August 30th. Therefore, they lied about an attempt to communicate with me for over one month. There was one email sent the night before that I missed due to internet access requesting confirmation of pick up time and I responded as soon as I was able. Yet, there was no further communication regarding cancelation until I called Viator after waiting outside in the sun for 2 hours. Never again will I take or recommend this tour

Excellent experience! The driver arrived early and communicated that to us. He said we could start our trip earlier as a result which we did. He then took us right to our water taxi which then took us to our hotel. The whole journey was very seamless.

Efficient way to travel from Ravenna port to Venice. Our driver met us at the cruise terminal and took us directly to the water taxi pick up location, where our water taxi was already expecting us. We had a nice boat ride directly to our hotel pier. Fantastic service and a stress-free way to get to Venice from Ravenna.

Francisco demonstrated outstanding customer service, very flexible, and assured us on our transfer all the way to the boat, taking us to our rental apartment. One of my sons was not feeling well and we had to pull over a few times. Francisco was not frustrated or upset and even stopped for us at a pharmacy to get some motion sickness medicine. Couldn't have asked for more on this transfer service.
