I booked the private guide and everything went as planned, Guide Ernesto was super attentive, knowledgeable about the environment, brought super valuable information, and the company met all expectations.

We had an incredible experience in Machu Picchu! Our guide was Ernesto, extremely attentive and patient throughout the tour. He explained every part of the tour with great detail, telling the stories clearly and speaking slowly so that we could understand everything. It also showed old photos, which made the experience even more interesting. Furthermore, Ernesto took incredible photos for us and was very patient, stopping whenever I wanted to capture a special moment or place. The tour was perfect! We did the tour with another couple from Brazil, which also made the experience even more pleasant, I do not recommend doing it with large groups.

Great guide. Very knowledgeable.

My family and I toured Machu Picchu with Ernesto. He met us at the bus stop, and helped us get a bus to get there. Once we arrived we had 2/2.5 hours to do Route 2. He was so lovely, and really explained everything in great detail. We got a good impression of life in Machu Picchu and Ernesto taught us lots of interesting facts about the town and Incan life. He also took lots of amazing photos and videos of us, making sure we had the best views. Great value for money, and had we gone by ourselves we would have missed so much.

The tour guide is very knowledgeable. He shared interesting stories about the site and was very attentive to us. Also took some great pictures!

Ernesto is a great professional, it was wonderful the walk

We met Ernesto outside of the train station! It was an amazing tour - he knows everything about machpichu and speaks very good english. 10/10 would recommend excellent value for the money. He even knew when to walk in so we could get a coffee and then skip the lines. Great experience!

It was a wonderful experience. I asked our guide for help to make a marriage request and he promptly answered. He helped me with everything and still did the filming. He took great photos and explained everything about Machu Picchu. It's the best guide we could have chosen. Removed us all doubts and always very friendly and spontaneous. He speaks Portuguese very well.
