Absolutely — here’s a polished version that still sounds warm and genuine: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful day on our Great Ocean Road tour with Go West! From beginning to end, everything ran so smoothly and we felt incredibly well looked after. Alicia was a fantastic tour guide — friendly, knowledgeable and engaging — and it was also lovely having Madeline along, who was training. They kept us well informed throughout the day and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Our absolute highlight was Loch Ard Gorge — simply breathtaking — followed very closely by the Twelve Apostles. The entire day was beautifully organised and such a memorable way to experience this spectacular part of Victoria. Thank you Alicia, Madeline and Go West for a fantastic day. We would highly recommend this tour! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thanks to Alisha and Madeline for an unforgettable trip. The ride was smooth and the views were astonishing :)
Long day but worth it. Wonderful scenery along the Ocean Road. On the return trip saw wild koalas. I recommend this trip.
Great day out. Our guide Raquel was superb, always smiling and nothing was too much trouble, plus she knows her stuff. Highly recommended day out for visitors to Melbourne, and thanks again Raquel!
Had a free day on a work trip to Melbourne, and decided to book this tour to get out and see the Great Ocean Road. I'm not typically a "group tour" person, and generally enjoy exploring a bit off the beaten path, but this was a fantastic experience that I've already recommended to a friend. Jaimes was an excellent guide, informative, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about all of the sites we visited that day. I definitely recommend this one (and have!)
Thanks so much for the fantastic review! 😊 We’re especially happy to hear this one, because we know group tours aren’t always everyone’s first choice! 😂 It sounds like Jaimes managed to win you over though, and we love that you ended up enjoying the day enough to already recommend it to a friend. Jaimes has a great mix of knowledge and humour, so it’s lovely to hear that he kept things interesting while showing you around the Great Ocean Road. There’s certainly plenty to talk about along the way! And we’re glad your free day during the work trip turned into a little Melbourne adventure. Sometimes it’s nice to let someone else do the driving and just enjoy the views for the day. 🌊😊 Thanks again for joining us and for giving Go West a chance! We’d love to have you along again if you find yourself with another free day in Melbourne, perhaps for Phillip Island, Puffing Billy & Redwoods or the Yarra Valley. 💛
Fantastic tour, every part of the was amazing. Our guide Raquel was super, we learnt so much about each place we visited and she gave us great travel tips. The tour was well planned with great stops.
The driver and guide were very friendly, and although I couldn't understand half the English, I had a very enjoyable tour. I was very satisfied with being able to interact with people from the UK, India, and Spain.
Everything was great! Jaimes was the best guide, great tour pace and great sense of humor. Just make sure you make in on time for the muffins 🤣 Very good tour!!!
Amazing experience overall, loved it. Jaimes was a really nice guide that kept us engaged throughout the trip.
Our guide Jacqui is professional and friendly. She scheduled a tight but not rush trip and took us right to the best place. Highly recommend her and Go West!
