Very nice Cruise and Marina Location Excellent Services With Nice Food on Board Pickup and Drop Off On Time Driver Is Very Professional

Pick up was fine , a little late due to traffic , When we arrived I looked for the boat on the picture , it is NOT this boat , this was really disappointing .. and false advertising . On the boat I was seated downstairs on a table for 8 but I was alone , Was told I could visit up stairs to take pictures etc but to eat downstairs , there were only about 10 of us down stairs and maybe 80-90 upstairs , Also we had to abandon dinner to see the show upstairs , Whilst the views were great , the show good , the food was okay , although better options upstairs with live pasta station. The whole experience was not comfortable , I imagined sitting watching the views , watching the show , enjoying the ambiance of a big group of people . Such a shame , for the boat I was put on , there were cheaper options. I would not have paid the same as I did for the wooden boat . Staff were nice though , If you want a wooden boat , book the cheaper option for same

Bad organisation. Nobody knew which boat we had to take. After half an hour of finding out which boat I finally sat down while one of the waiters yelled at me telling me I had to move for a group. Only Indian food. Not enough because I never was able to get any desert. Only one coke. Nobody ever asked us if we wanted anything.

Awais was great help. I planned a trip and few activities for my parents for their first visit to Dubai. I really wanted them to get comfortable and be able to enjoy themselves without worrying about commuting to places and exploring Dubai properly. He took the responsibility on himself to assure me that he will treat them like his own parents and show them an amazing time. My parents called me after the tour and thanked me for the amazing experience they had. Thank you Awais for your assurance and great experience 👍🏾

A good cruise! Enjoyed the traditional dance performance. The pick up from the hotel was good except one has to wait on the boat for about 45 min till the other guests arrive. Normally they dhow is fully loaded before they set off. One can say it's crowded. But seating and AC on the lower deck was comfortable. The food quality was very good but extremely limited. Soft drinks and juice were adequately provided. Some of the food items in fact got over by the time i went for a second helping. Again a measure of the crowding. Overall enjoyed the cruise of about 1.45 hours.

Wholly enjoyable evening and good value given Dubai adventures are often extremely expensive Signage to the embarkation point was not very clear but fortunately our driver helped us. Other visitors, particularly those with limited English experienced difficulties as several organisations share the harbour facilities. A tip for the Cruise organisers would be to engage with the harbour security team and train them in customer service and how to be welcoming Once on board everything was ordered and excellent. The cruise slowly toured the marina and we were left to enjoy the spectacular views without a loud commentary on a Tannoy Due to the time of year (September) the majority of guests were from the Indian subcontinent and this was reflected in the Indian-based food selection. Choices were wide and the dinner was of good quality A particular highlight was the post-meal music and dancing which again was biased to the clientele but got people from all nations up on their feet
