We had a great time. Our guide, Judith, was very knowledgeable and versed in on the history and traditions of Quebec City and the surrounding area.

Great information provided. She was very personable and interesting. Was able to answer all questions and had great knowledge to share.

Judith was a wonderful tour guide. Very knowledgable and interesting. She made sure we did not get tied up in the cycling race that occurred on the day of our tour and extended the tour time as a result.

Not our first Tours By Locals. We have never been disappointed. Quebec City--no exception! Murielle is absolutely lovely! She took wonderful care of us (despite all our 'old people issues') with aplomb. She lives in the midst of all the beautiful neighborhoods of the old town so she was able to share her insider perspectives. She solved some big problems for us like "Wait! What do I do with my luggage before I board my ship this evening!?", and "Wait! Where did I leave my coat?" We found Murielle to be very relatable. She's naturally friendly and engaged us in interesting conversation over and above the "script". She looked for our commonalities and that made for an amiable stroll through the day. And she found the hoped-for crepes at lunchtime! Murielle is more than knowledgable, more than efficient, more than accommodating, more than kind. You'll be more than pleased if you spend your Quebec tour with her. I'd like to give her 6 stars.

Our private guide, Judith, was absolutely wonderful. Not only did she provide an amazing tour of the history and development of Old Quebec, but her humor and personal anecdotes as well. Judith was incredibly communicative, patient, and wonderful. So glad to have been able to learn so much about the city in such a short time.

Private, go at your own pace, informative tour. Includes both upper and lower quebec city. Judith was very knowledgeable about history of region including visual aids. Her personal insights were interesting and complemented the tour.

This private walking tour with Judith was fantastic! My husband and I cannot recommend it enough. We arrived the evening before, so that this morning tour gave a lovely overview of the city for us. Judith was a wealth of knowledge of history, architecture, and culture. We also appreciated her sense of humor. Five stars!

Judith was an extremely knowledgable guide focusing on history, architecture and the effects of climate and geology on the development of Quebec City. It was a packed and fast moving 2 1/2 hours of very active walking through out the old city.
